Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are highly inert hydrocarbons. PAHs are hydrophobic, semi-volatile and difficult to degrade. They are easily enriched in organisms. PAHs can inhibit the growth of plants and have obvious "three-cause" effects (carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic) on human beings, which has become a research hotspot in the world. The target compound was extracted by QuEChERS technology, purified by Florisil+C18 double-layer column, separated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, detected by fluorescence/ultraviolet detector in series, and quantified by external standard method.
